Well, I first found Homeworld in a demo disk sent out by a gaming magazine (I forget which) in 2000 or so. I played through the training, and the next day I had the game. I lurked for a while on one of the previous incarnations of the boards, accumulating perhaps 100 or so posts over about a year. My account was deleted in a purge or something, and I forgot to re-register. One day about Aug. 2004, I was walking through Best Buy and I saw HW2 on the shelf. And look! Bargain price! I bought it, and here I am back!
